I notice there is an update for the BOINC Manager available. What's the best way to go around upgrading? Is it just stopping all projects, installing new version of the top and starting them again ? _________________

So far this has worked fine for me on both OS X and Windows boxes. Wus just pick up from where they left off. If you are feeling particularly cautious stop the Manager and then back up the BOINC data directory completely before installing.
With Linux boxes i tend to recompile from source code using my own set of compiler options. Not really necessary with the latest versions of the Boinc client and manager. _________________ "Hello, Myrtle, put the wizard on the wire. He's in the sanctum."

You don't even need to stop - the installation program will stop it and restart it for you. _________________ Willie the Megacruncher
